IUGO Student Leadership Conference
The IUGO Student Leadership Conference is an initiative of a group of Iowa Private Colleges in partnership with Iowa Campus Compact to bring together student leaders from across the state to learn and grow. IUGO: (pronounced "you-go") from the Latin meaning "to connect, or bind together."

2012 Conference Agenda
This year's keynote speaker is Darin Eich. Darin's passion involves helping groups of people to become themselves, find and live their strengths, and become more creative, innovative & successful leaders. Darin grew up in a tiny Minnesota town. He went to undergrad at UW-La Crosse, then grad school at William & Mary, then Maryland, and then finished a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin. Along the way he has co-founded an organization called BrainReactions featured in US News. He helps people get motivated and innovate and has done speeches and programs in India, Japan, Germany, and Russia. He currently lives in Madison, works as a consultant to Dartmouth College, and speaks at a number of Universities each year. He is the author of the book "Root Down & Branch Out: Best Practices for Leadership Development Programs."
