Iowa Campus Compact is partnering with State Farm to celebrate and recognize one outstanding faculty, staff, student, and community partner in the state of Iowa for excellence in implementing or participating in successful community engagement initiatives. 

The awards provide an opportunity to highlight best practices in the field and encourage continuation of our work to deepen student education and improve the quality of community life. 

Each award recipient's member campus will receive a mini-grant to expand a new or existing community engagement initiative. The nomination process will require nominees to detail how a mini-grant will be used including specific project outcomes. 

State Farm is recognized as the nation's leader in service-learning, understanding the value of hands-on education combining work in the community with classroom teaching, not only mastering subject matter, but also making a difference in our neighborhoods.
